  • Broadcasting all news related to the Municipal Council, and decisions related to bids, achievements, projects, and daily services. Transparency, distributing it to various media outlets, and publishing the news on the municipality’s website.
  • Strengthening the partnership with media institutions to convey the media message to the fullest extent, especially with regard to awareness, guidance and counseling about various issues and services.Which constitutes an essential foundation for its success.
  • Keeping pace with electronic development by developing and institutionalizing official social media channels to provide services and address complaints and suggestions via accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snap Chat).
  • Ensuring that the municipality communicates with the residents of the city of Madaba, listening to their suggestions, highlighting the Greater Madaba Municipality projects that aim to improve the quality of life for the residents of Madaba, and following up on complaints and observations.
