Tasks and duties of the district director:
- The district director: He is an engineer, and supervises the functional apparatus to ensure the progress of things in his district.

- Head of the Bureau: supervising the apparatus, performing administrative matters and following up on them.
- Clerk of the Bureau: keeping incoming and outgoing books, maintaining incoming and outgoing records, as well as maintaining files. Employees.
- Printer: Prints books and any papers and documents of interest to the area, and maintains printing equipment.
- Scheduler: Monitors employees’ attendance in the morning, and their departure at the end of official work, and calculates lateness, private and official departures, and special vacations, and records them in a special register.
- Librarian: Maintains library books, arranges and indexes books in special records, and lends them out. Books, and preparing special records for loaned books.
- Exchange supervisor: Receiving incoming calls and transferring them, ensuring official communications for the region, and taking care of the exchange so that it always remains ready for work.

- Completing the procedures for appointing the persons who are selected by the committees responsible for selecting and appointing employees, and organizing and controlling these procedures.
- Supervising the organization of the various records and cards of employees and employees in the municipality, and keeping all information about their certificates, experience, and identification papers in their files.
- Preparing formation notices, promotions, annual increases, and other decisions related to the affairs of employees in the municipality in light of the regulations, instructions, and decisions issued.
